food products. In its marbling we can

appreciate its origin from pigs fed on

acorns and natural resources from

our pastures. All its production stages

require special care, but it is in the cellars

where, with the passage of time, it will

attain its unequalled aroma and flavour.

It has a stylised shape, with a black hoof

and a thin shank. The external fat is soft

and unctuous with a smooth texture.
