It shines golden yellow out of the glass, and at first, very classic nuances come to the fore. Hints of citrus are replaced by nutty-bready nuances. Very ripe and velvety on the palate, with a slight mineral note. By no means lush, long finish. Pure drinking pleasure!
The grapes for my Chardonnay were harvested and sorted by hand at the end of September. Gently squeezed and pressed, then fermented in steel and wood. Batonnage to add fullness and strength. Bottled at the beginning of March, it is now ready to be enjoyed.
