Outside of the orange and lime flavours, you’ll also notice notes of liquorice, ginger and even bay leaves. The sour notes of the fruit juice combined with the botanicals make this a punchy gin that doesn’t lose itself in tonic. And despite being over 40% ABV, the finish is pleasantly warming, rather than harsh.
