The Scaramanga White from Nabygelegen is a New World-style white blend. The Chenin Blanc component brings a roundedness and a fullness to the wine as well as flavours of winter melon, honeysuckle and guava, while the Chardonnay adds lime and lemon characters. Portuguese cultivar Verdelho adds plenty of spice on the nose and palate, alongside the marked presence of oak. This is a fantastic food wine and will work well with tapas and rich cuisine.
