Sylvaner – excellent wine, which was created by Mark Hugel to emphasize the character and typicality genuine Silvaner grown in Alsace. Silvaner grapes grown on ten sites in the area of Riquewihr on clay-limestone soils and collected by hand in small containers. Grapes placed in the small baths for pressing, which are filled by gravity, without pumping or other mechanical interventions. After pressing, the wort is drained, allowed to stand for several hours, and then fermented at a controlled temperature of 18 to 24 ° C. During subsequent exposure during the winter wine undergoes a natural cleansing. The following spring, the wine lightly filtered before bottling, bottled and kept for some time in the cellars of the winery.

Taste wine refreshing, crisp, it awakens the taste buds expressive notes of Sylvaner grape, which gradually becomes a long, elegant finish.

The wine will be the perfect pair of clams, oysters, sea urchins, raw, smoked and salted fish, appetizers, smoked or dried ham, white or green asparagus, fish and crawfish cream sauce.
