A fantastic aged rum from the Doorly’s range, featuring Bajan rum from the Foursquare Distillery which has enjoyed a second maturation in Spanish Oloroso sherry casks. This extra maturation imparts a wealth of fruit, dark chocolate and oaky spices to the rum’s flavour profile, making this an excellent choice for sipping neat. Not only that, it’s got a pretty good bird on the label. Bonus.

Tasting Notes:

Nose: Sugarcane, Demerara sugar, meaty and rich. Over-ripe grape notes and spice.

Palate: Fresh flowers, oak, potpourri, cedar, honey, toffee apples.

Finish: Long, muscovado sugar and oak-led spices.
