Ca’ di Rajo produces three versions of Prosecco Doc Treviso: Brut, Extra Dry e Dry. Long charmat, soft fermentation, and selected yeast make a Prosecco DOC unique in its genres, the perlage is delicate and persistent. Doc Extra Dry sprouts in Bellussera, so with an entirely handmade process.
