3. CORK WARRANTY
We take back wines bought from WINE & MORE with a cork flavor. We are keen and attentive to the quality of our products and appropriate storage. However, it can of course happen that a wine has a cork taste or is impaired in another way.
If this is the case, we will of course take this wine back and exchange it for an error-free bottle – even up to three months after the date of purchase. (Warranty claims presuppose that defects ARE immediately reported to WINE & MORE, namely recognizable defects immediately upon acceptance, hidden defects after discovery, and on presentation of the opened goods and original invoice.) 5. RIGHT OF RETURN FOR ALL PURCHASES

No problem, within 8 days you can withdraw from the purchase without justification – we will give you a credit note as soon as the products are back in our store over the whole purchase.

WINE & MORE is prepared to take back goods purchased from it against reimbursement of the full purchase price under the following conditions:
- The return must be made within 8 days from the date of invoice, undamaged, and on presentation of the original invoice. Marked promotional offers will not be accepted.

- The refund of the purchase price takes the form of a credit note.
