Made from Pinotage. A pale copper pink, but there’s nothing pale about the character: the fruit is vivid, plums and cranberries, almost a turkish delight intensity. Ends dry, with a touch of savouriness, a mineral note, the crisp freshness adding lift which has you reaching for a second glass. Can be enjoyed on its own as an aperitif, or matched with summertime dishes.
