Our Lardo is made from acorn-fed, 100% Ibérico pork back fat and cured with herbs and spices. The tender, ivory-colored fat is rich, meaty, and savory, with hints of woody herbs. It will add new dimension to any dish. All Dehesa Cordobesa® products are “de Bellota 100% Ibérico,” meaning they come from 100% purebred, acorn-fed Ibérico pigs.
