Nonino Grappa Monovitigno Chardonnay Bianco is a white Grappa alcohol obtained from distilling fresh pomace from a Chardonnay grapes variety which is linked to more dedicated production zones. It will then ferment at controlled temperature followed immediately by distillation in special artisanal batch steam stills. It is a grappa which is refine, soft and elegant with a scent of golden apple and freshly baked bread.
Before tasting, Grappa should rest in the glass for some minutes: taking oxygen the fragrances are exalted and the nose-palate harmony is completed. Perfect if coupled to fish and sushi. One or two spoonfuls of Grappa Nonino Monovitigno Lo Chardonnay Bianco can be added after toasting the rice, to enhance the aroma of risotto or when roasting meat you can pour in a small glass of it half-way through the cooking.
