Only the finest grapes were used to make this wine. The grapes were sourced from nine different high altitude farms in the Durbanville Hills.
The healthy and exquisite grapes for this wine are aided by the wind from Table Bay and False Bay. It has an afternoon mist that flows over the grapes, keeping them cool. This generated a stable atmosphere for the grapes to ripen, creating character in the grapes that can be tasted when you take a sip.
