The Côté Mas cuvée symbolizes a new tradition in the wine business. Pézenas redefines the notion of Grand Cru, Languedoc version, a joint project of 42 winegrowers of the appellation to achieve Grand Cru’s status. Serve with grilled red meats (prime rib – rib steak), escoubille stews, a Larzac lamb, a pot au feu from the Hautes Cantons, and sheep cheeses.
