Argento Pinot Gris can get a little touchy when grown in locations that get a lot of sun like the Uco Valley. When picked quite early, it offers a nose of citrus and gentle yeast. But when picked later it can produce a light, mild-bodied white with taut freshness and a cleansing palate perfect for summer. The Pinot Grigio Argento Cool Climate is much more Alto Adige than Alsace. Delicate, floral aromas and tropical fruits. Light and clean on the palate with ripe pineapple and peach flavours, notes of sweet spice lead into a bright crisp finish.
